There we are again.
We're in a nice Audi S4 Avant, a white one with nice wheels...
...and this one has been modified by MTM...
...which means it isn't completely standard anymore.
It's funny, they didn't do that much to the exterior...
...but it looks completely optically tuned.
They've lowered it, given it nice 19 inch MTM wheels...
...and they've put a 'supercharged'-sticker on the side.
That's because it is supercharged, but so is the standard S4.
They've also added some red details, to the front spoiler for example.
It's got nice oval Audi RS-style exhausts.
So the main question is if it deserves that.
As standard the S4's got 333 hp and 440 Nm of torque...
...from a supercharged 3-litre V6.
It does 0-62 is 5.2 seconds and 155 mph, that's quite acceptable.
The S4 by MTM; 430 hp and over 500 Nm of torque.
That's almost a 100 hp extra.
That's a whole lot more by only tweaking the engine management.
They've done quite a bit to it. The car also feels very quick.
I didn't bring a standard S4 for comparison...
...but it's just a very fast car.
0-62 in 4.7 seconds and the top speed is still unknown.
But it'll be very fast since they've also taken of the limiter.
So this is actually the new RS4.
It's not completely finished yet.
Now and again I get a warning from the tyre pressure monitoring system...
...but that's said to be Audi's fault so we can't blame MTM for that.
What we can blame MTM for is the fact that the wheel sometimes touches the rear fender.
But they're going to develop wheels with a different ET-value so it'll go in a bit further.
So that's going te be taken care of.
But we actually can't be too bothered by that, cos do you know what the best thing is?
The engine management tweaking, do you know what that costs?
Only 2500 euro, 2500 euro for an extra 100 hp.
That's next to nothing, why wouldn't you do it?
