Hi! This is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making Albondigas Soup. Okay now that
we've got our meat mixture together, it's time for the fun part. We are going to be
rolling, rolling some meatballs. Okay so these aren't going to be like spaghetti and meatballs.
You want to keep them small as I was saying. They cook more evenly and of course you just
want a bite when you are having soup. So just get a little handful or whatever size you
like and just kind of roll them like this. It has that raw rice in there that is going
to cook and it is going to be really great. So you have meatballs like this. You can make
them larger but I think this is the perfect size for Albondigas Soup to go with all the
other ingredients in it because of the delicious flavor. What you want to do is continue rolling
these. Remember this has all the spices in it
