Hello and welcome to the video of the Glass100 pet door display
These particular pet doors are made by Transcat in New Zealand and are constructed of a hard wearing clear
plastic
with the design specifically tailored for installation into glass panels.
The cat doors can be upgraded with an electronic unit that limits access
to the operation of the door solely to cats wearing the required collar accessory
and thus prohibiting access to uninvited neighbourhood cats.
The dog door on the front of the display is the medium door and is suitable for use by medium to small dogs
The door on the left of the display is the small pet door and is suited for use by cats, miniature dogs
and rabbits
The door on the right of the display is the medium dog door,
with this particular door installed at a higher height than the same sized dog door on the front of the
display
This enables taller dogs to step through the dog door.
After your pet uses the pet door,
the door flap will swing freely until the strong side magnets
bring the flap to the closed position.
The side magnets prevent the door flap from rustling in breezes.
The pet doors have 4 locking tabs that enable the control of access.
With all 4 locking tabs in the open position,
access is unrestricted.
By turning the 2 locking tabs on one side to the closed position,
the pet door access can be restricted to egress only or ingress only,
depending on which side has been closed
By turning the remaining 2 locking tabs on the other side to the closed position, total access
is restricted
Thank you for watching the Glass100 video on the operation of Transcat Dog Doors and
