Hi, my name is Sue Conrad and I'm going to show you how to fit exercise in to your busy
schedule. One of the things you can do to help fit exercise in to your busy schedule
is to walk to work or bike to work. It's just, you know a ways and means of getting some
exercise in when you don't have a lot of time to exercise. Another option is to sort of
change up your routine. Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you get to work. You
can make use of your lunch break by taking a brisk walk, meeting a friend for racket
ball, doing chores, chores around the house. Mowing the lawn, mowing the lawn burns a lot
of calories Even just being active twenty minutes a day will really make a change in
your general overall fitness. And if all else fails, you could play with your kids. This
will help bring exercise in to your busy schedule.
