I'm Diana Finkle, Online Librarian with GTC Libraries
and I'm here to cover how to add funds
and change your PIN for your Print Trac printing account.
For the Barton Campus, you will go inside the library
inside Computer Valley to add money to your printing account.
There's a machine on the back wall that accepts
one- and five-dollar bills
and there is someone there to help you if you have any trouble.
For other campuses, you will need to get a printing card
from the bookstore or a computer lab attendant.
Once you have that card, you can go to a computer
in the library or computer lab
and click the "Redeem Print Card" desktop icon
or click the blue paw icon toward the bottom, right corner of your screen,
which will open this balance window toward the top, right corner
and you'll click "Details..."
After either of those options, you will be asked to log into your Print Trac account
You will use your username that you use for GTC4me and Blackboard
as well as that password.
For the username, you do not need to put G-T-S in front.
Once you log in, you'll be taken to your main screen.
On the left-hand menu, you can click "Redeem Card."
You'll type in the entire code found on the card
and click "Redeem Card."
If you'd like to change your printing PIN,
you can click "Change Details" from the left-hand menu.
Enter your new PIN and verify that new PIN.
Once you're done with the Print Trac account, you can click "Log Out."
Once you're done with the public computer, please click the red "Log Out" button
located on the desktop and then press Okay to confirm.
Please do not log out of Windows.
If you have any question about printing
or accessing your print account,
please contact your nearest library or computer lab staff member.
