What up youtube? Alex here from bestfitnessbands.com. I'm about to do a 8 week training log series
showing you exactly how to use the best fitness bands on the market, and all the while your
gonna see my dramatic transformation results, going from this skinny pathetic excuse of
a body to a more muscular one, a more shredded one, a (expletive). Alright, you get the idea,
I'm gonna get as ripped as possible, as fast as possible, all while showing you the exact
exercises I'm gonna do to do it, and am gonna do a structured workout routine, like chest
one day, arms one day, back one day, legs one day, and then recover. So I don't have
the actual band kit yet, but I'm gonna order it soon, and this is just a little introduction,
and let me do a quick front double biceps shot for my "before." So I'm gonna hope to
get a lot bigger than that. I got 2 years off, I used to be bigger than that. I think
I'll be able to get my muscle back a little bit faster than most people might just starting
out, because of the muscle memory, but we'll see how it goes.
