Once you've logged into the portal you'll find a comprehensive set of tools
to view and manage your dedicated servers in cloud instances.
This video will introduce you to some of the important tools
that will help you better navigate the portal.
The management portal home page offers a quick view of several areas of immediate
interests.
Server monitoring,
server reboot, the ticketing system, and bandwidth utilization.
Across the top navigation you'll see a variety of menu options.
When you hover over a menu a sub navigation will appear showing the
available options and actions.
For example:
when you hover over the support menu
a sub menu with reboot and ticket appears.
When you click on tickets it will take you to the ticketing system that
indicates which tickets are open and if any responses are required.
Don't worry if the sub-navigation doesn't help you clearly identify where
to go.
You can click on any of the primary navigation to reach a landing page that
provides more information on options and actions in the sub-navigation.
For example:
when you click on the support menu, the next screen shows an alternate submenu at
the top.
To get home,

add ticket, reboot.
Additional quick options are highlighted on the main screen.
