Hi. Welcome back to 10after.com. I’m Dao.
In this lesson I’ll show you how to change a custom Thumbnail in a YouTube video.
From the Channel home page, click Video Manager at the top.
Then Select the video from the list.
The thumbnail section is located here.
Notice that I haven’t created a custom thumbnail yet.
So this space is empty. Click this Change Thumbnail button to upload the custom image.
Now you can see that my new image has uploaded.
I’ll click Save to save my changes.
Let’s go back to the video manager.
You can see that the image hasn't changed.
It's still my old image.
It may take a few minutes or a few hours for YouTube to update this.
I’ll come back later to check.
Here’s what my new image looks like.
Now you can see the new image here and here.
When I got back to the Video Manager,
you can also see that my new image shows up here as well.
And there you have it! How to change your Video Thumbnail in YouTube.
This is 10after.com, thanks for watching!
I’m Dao. I’ll see you next time.
