Hi. I'm The Yawn Guy. Lots of goodies at yawnguy.com. If this is your first time, start with the basic Rub & Yawn video (#1).
This is video number 2.
I won't repeat all the explanations on this one. I assume you are well-rested, well-fed, and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Are you ready? START OF SESSION!
Remember, your TOPIC is what we are going to be addressing in this session. It is an overall idea:
the people, the events, the places, the efforts, the emotions, the thoughts.
It is not something abstract like POVERTY — it is the week you spent under the overpass eating rats, or whatever. All right?
Keep rubbing and yawning until your topic is discharged. You will know it is discharged — you won't be able to get any more yawns off. You should feel calm and peaceful about it all.
Don't start a new topic in the same session. You can do hundreds of sessions, but not all at once.
All right. We will start with a GENERAL group of commands.
Take your topic and put it ABOVE you.
Good. Put it below you.
All right. Put it to the right of you.
Good. Put it to the left of you.
Good. Put it in front of you.
Good. Put it behind you.
Good. Remember to keep RUBBING and YAWNING while doing this. I'm not going to tell you that a lot, but keep doing it.
Take your topic and put it above you.
Good. Put it below you.
Good. Put it to the right of you.
All right. Put it to the left of you.

Very good. Next we'll look at CONFRONTING. Here, "confront" doesn't mean "to challenge." It just means "to face comfortably."
So I want you to — I'm going to ask "What part of your topic could you confront?" So, which part of it could you comfortably face? Here we go . . .
What part of your topic could you confront?
All right. Put it above you.
Good. What part of your topic would you rather not confront?
All right. Put it below you.
OK. What part of your topic could you confront?
All right. Put it to the right of you.
Good. What part of your topic would you rather not confront?
All right. Put it to the left of you.

Good. Put it behind you.
All right. That's all we are going to do on that for now. You can fit it in a bit later if you [want] to do some more on that.
The next thing we will look at is RESPONSIBILITY — What part of your topic could you be responsible for? ... would you rather not be responsible for?
What part of your topic could you be responsible for?
Good. Put it above you.
All right. What part of your topic would you rather not be responsible for?

Very good. Again, you can do bits of that later.
The next thing we will take up is MULTIPLE COPIES.
You can make one copy, ten copies, a thousand, a million copies
You can have them close in to you, or a long way out from you...
...fill up a bit of the space or the whole space.
So take your topic, make multiple copies of it, and put it above you.
Good. Put multiple copies of your topic below you.
Good. Put multiple copies of your topic to the right of you.
All right. Put multiple copies of your topic to the left of you.
Good. Put multiple copies of your topic in front of you.
All right. And put multiple copies of your topic behind you.
Good. Put multiple copies of your topic above you. Near or far.
All right. Put multiple copies of your topic below you.
Good. Put multiple copies of your topic to the right of you.
Good. Put multiple copies of your topic to the left of you.
All right. Put multiple copies of your topic in front of you.
Good. Put multiple copies of your topic behind you.
Very good. For the last couple of rounds we are going to look at IMAGINARY factors, POSSIBLY IMAGINARY factors.
Things that might be there but you're not sure.
Telepathy, spirits, past lives, parallel universes, whatever you want. Even if you know it is *completely* imaginary.
So, focusing on possibly imaginary factors, put your topic above you.
Good. Focusing on possibly imaginary factors, put it below you.
All right. Put it to the right of you.
Good. Put it to the left of you.
Good. Put it in front of you.
All right. Put it behind you.

OK. Put it to the left of you.

All right. Put it to the left of you.
Good. Front of you.
All right. Behind you.
Very good. I'll be ending this session real soon. If you're in the middle of something, play Video #3 or play this one again.
Don't start a new topic right after you've finished an old one. Start a new session.
OK. END OF SESSION.
