This is my favorite roasted potato recipe. You can eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Thanks for this recipe Rachael Ray! Preheat the oven to 450.
You need 2 pounds of red-skinned potatoes. Cut them into wedges.
Drop them on a baking sheet that you've either lined with foil or parchment paper. I like
to use my Silpat for this. Coat the potatoes in 1 tablespoon of oil.
And just use your hands to make sure they're evenly coated.
For this recipe, I like to mix my spices first just to make sure they're evenly distributed.
Here's the Herbes de Provence seasoning that we're gonna use. We're using 1 tablespoon.
We're also using ½ tablespoon of grill seasoning, ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
Mix them together. Sprinkle the seasoning on the potatoes and again rub it in just to
make sure everything is evenly coated. Roast them for 25 minutes.
And about halfway through, turn the potatoes. This is another simple and delicious recipe
