Hello everybody!
Today we'll talk about how you can use the hoop to do no harm to your health, but to
lose weight and bring your body in good shape.
Probably somebody of you think that in order to lose weight you should spin hula hoop only
on your waist. And maybe even you saw this models or even tried to use them.
Well, today I will tell you what you can do with a hoop and how better to use it to no
harm your health and achieve the desired goal.
So, let's choose a hoop that will not cause us pain, but on the contrary will bring pleasure.
Here, for example, such as one of these.
Size is about 90 cm in diameter, about waist,
not heavy in weight and not too wide, so it fits easily in your hand.
So, we chose a hoop. Now I'll show you the necessary movements.
- For warm up let's start with the simplest - the hoop at the waist.
Сertainly it is no secret that slender waist is on the first place.
So we rotate the hoop at the waist and add arm movements.
- And now we will pay attention to the hips. Hoop on the hips, raise to the waist and omit
again to the hips.
- Go down. In any case you are wearing a skirt or pants,
these places are also important to bring into shape.
And if you are going on vacation, please take this exercise 2 times longer))
So we hoop on feet, lifting it up and dropping down from the knees to the hips.

You can put your hands inside of the hoop and then rise up them again.

For this exercise we need 2 Hoops. Hoop on the hands, elbows, and you can change
the hands in.
