Hey Everyone! It's Mira-uhh, Maria here. Today, I'm here to give you some FABULOUS
excersise tips. And when I mean excersise, I don't mean running around in a gym for
24 hours straight and just getting sweaty, and going *pant noises* rapidly. I mean
like, simple excersises that you can do to stay in shape. No doll wants to feel like
they are fat-well here, I'm gonna show you two simple excersises your doll
can do. And-humans can do them, too. So, sit back and relax while I show you some
excersises.
Our first step will start by laying on the ground with your arms on the side, and
your feet close together. Not too close, because it will be really uncomfortable if
you are doing so.
It's crucial to relax while doing this. Because, for some people, their legs tend to
go off and they start to get worried while doing this because it's hard to do it at
first, But you will get used to it. These are leg circles. What you need to do is SLOWLY
move your leg in a circle. Do it about 10 times. Make it a medium circle. Not too small,
not too big, medium. *continues doing leg circles.* There! Ten! Ten leg circles. Now
go ahead and switch. Switch the leg you are using.
So I was using my right, now I am going to use my
left. *does leg cirlces* All right, both legs are done. The trick of this is to do it in
the opposite direction of the direction you were
going before. So, this way, I'm gonna go this way.
Then, this leg. Alright so the next step is to-well, this next step is...sorta harder
but not as hard. Well-it's like...uhmmmm * confused
grunts * Umm, it's like...what is it like? Umm, like
doing push-ups basically! But easier than that. But I know how much some of you hate
push-ups, but just dont get offended by push-ups.
So,how are you feeling so far? Did you go along with the excersises with me? Or are
you just watching because you are bored? Well, either way, you
gotta get some excersise girl, because you are gonna
be FIT! And HEALTHY!
For this next excersise, you should be in the push-up postition. Basically, roll over,
like a dog, * rolls over * YOU CAN SEE MY BUTT CRACK!
Once you did that, (once you did that) you need to push your arms up and lift your arms
up gently. So you can hold up in the push-up position.
Like this. Okay, instead of doing push-ups, we will be
doing something different. Watch as demonstrated.
