Some tips I have for you if you want to start, if you want to become a Nanny, is first of
all go to school. Get your child development classes done. It will really help you a lot.
And just take, you know, your CPR classes anything like that. I think they actually
offer that in the child development class, though. You can go to local schools and put,
print out fliers and give it to like kindergarten classes or preschool. Print out business cards
with your contact information, your name on it. A lot of my other friends that are also
nannies have gone to your different agencies and left their contact information with them.
Started working with an agency and they will call you with work and you will work for them
and put, they'll put you out, and so. It's a different type of pay, but you can do that,
I mean it's, they've got agencies out there. When you're just starting out to become a
nanny, some of the challenges that you might have is trust issues with the parents. If,
especially if you don't know the family. Their kids are their most important thing in their
life. So, to have a stranger come in and watch their kid, and you're going to be in their
house most of the time. It's an unfamiliar environment for the baby, and for you, and
for them. They're not going to trust you right off the bat. They might have nanny cams or
different, you know, people just randomly stopping by. Family members. You really need
to build up their trust. That's the biggest thing.
