Welcome everyone to AC News,
I know you all can’t wait to see Vin Diesel in the latest chapter of the Riddick saga!
Here are the latest rumors about the project.
After the big success of Pitch Black and its rather disappointing sequel The Chronicles of Riddick, Riddick’s adventure continues.
The Chronicles of Riddick: Dead Man Stalking is already shooting in Montreal, Canada.
It’s a One Race Films production. The film will be released by Universal Pictures in the U.S., hopefully in 2012!,
and Lionsgate is handling international sales.
In the third chapter Riddick betrayed by his own kind and left for dead on a desolate planet,
fights for survival against alien predators and becomes more powerful and dangerous than ever before.
After a vicious attack of vengeance he returns to his home planet of Furya to save it from destruction.
Riddick 3 sees the return of Karl Urban (Star Trek, The Bourne Supremacy) as Vaako and introduces to the series Jordi Mollà as Santana,
the arrogant captain of the mercenary ship;
Matthew Nable as Boss Johns, a man looking for answers and the beautiful Katee Sackhoff
(known from TV's Battlestar Galactica) as the Nordic mércenary Dahl.
The whole movie is supposed to be centered on character of Riddick, like Pitch Black was, and not on the universe he lives in.
Will it be enough to succeed at the box office?
Did you prefer Riddick 1 or Riddick 2?
