Hey, guys. When it comes to having a snack at home, one of the healthiest
and quickest things you can make is guacamole. It's one of my favorites,
and here's my recipe. What we're going to start off with are some avocados,
three avocados. Just throw in the blender like that. Now, most people just
put in lemon juice, so half a lemon. But we're also going to use half a
lime.
Some spring onion in there, some garlic, and some salt and pepper, just to
season. Not too much. [inaudible 00:00:41] we have it. We're going to put
it in the blender, lid on top. Not too fast. I think that's about ready to
go. Oh, yeah. Check it out, that beautiful color. Yum. That's how you make
guacamole, ladies and gentlemen. To garnish at the end [inaudible
00:01:26], a bit of chile, a bit of red [inaudible 00:01:32], voila.

cheap. It's healthy. Start off with a couple of cups, about three cups of
