in coming to Living Blueprint we we're becoming a second-generation business
things are changing in the industry and we want to come out with a new message
and a new look
so in our first meetings we started thinking bigger picture
quickly realized we weren't simply operating service to fourteen destinations we we're
sixty five-plus destinations and we we're really
in the business of bc
in working with living blueprint what I really appreciated was the non top-down
attitude he wanted to explore he wanted to create a great relationship with us build that
relationship and then look at the opportunities available
as a direct result we've created a strong new message we've grown passenger traffic twenty eight
percent the last two years we're selling differently and we've created flexibility for
traveling guests
they didn't just simply repackage us or come up with a nifty catch phrase they got to the
heart of our brand
and that's really been the success of our relationship with Living Blueprint
