Hi, I'm Marlene Spiegel, Founding Team Leader from Wild. I'm here today on behalf of Expert
Village and I'm here to show you how to make a wonderful pot roast. First you preheat the
oven to 350, then you get a 3 to 4 pound roast. A rump roast, a sirloin roast, any kind of
a meat roast, a chuck roast if you'd like. You add the potatoes, and I've got about 4
potatoes in there - cut, some carrots and onions. You can either use diced or sliced
and then how much onion. With that you put in a cup of red wine. Then Wildtree's Absolutely Onion Mix and half
a cup of water. You stir this all up and around, cover and put it in the oven. Bake for about
30 minutes covered on 350. After baking 30 minutes per pound, here's your finished dish
for pot roast.
