today I am here with the recipe of egg curry
egg curry can be made in different ways
But, this is the easiest way to make it.
So, let's get started with it's ingredients
I took 6 boiled eggs
finely chopped green chilly
cloves and cardamom
1 spoon curry powder
1 spoon red chilly powder
finely chopped ginger and garlic
salt as per taste
half spoon turmeric
half spoon garam masala
half spoon cumin and 2 bay leaf
2 spoon oil
2 tomatoes
1 onion
First, we will make paste of tomatoes and onion
I am making puree of tomato
this is onion
add ginger and garlic in onion paste and grind it once again
our paste is ready
make small holes in egg with a fork or toothpick.
make hole in all eggs
by doing this, gravy will go inside the egg and egg will be more tastier
heat the pan
add oil
after oil is hot, add eggs
fry till golden brown
after it looks like this you can take it out and keep it in a bowl
take all of them out
fry cumin
add cloves and cardamom
bay leaf
add finely chopped green chilly and stir it
when they are fried, add onion paste
our heat must be low
stir it well after adding adding paste
cook well till all water from onion is gone
onion must be fried like this
if you don't fry it like this, egg curry will not be tasty
add tomato puree
stir well
add salt as per taste
add red chilly powder
i used kasmiri red chilly, it makes it look good
turmeric
curry powder
after mixing well cover it and cook it for 2-3 minutes
after 2-3 minutes
it is done, I am adding 1 glass water
you can add water as you prefer, less or more
add eggs in this gravy
garam masala
it will enhance the flavor
finely chopped coriander
cook it for 5 minutes
heat must be medium
after 5 minutes
our egg curry is ready
stir it well
i turned off the heat, you can serve it as you like
I served it like this
you can have this with rice, beaten rice or chapati
you can make this at home and enjoy it with your friends and family
