>> I'm a part owner, vice president
of Distribution Incorporated.
>> I work with my dad and one of my brothers,
he's part of distribution.
James Hammond is a president, then my dad, then myself.
I do have my own office.
I'll go out of town to help them to help people work
with all kind of disabilities.
And I work with my dad.
I use to work for Walmart for five and a half years.
I was a door greeter.
Since then I won a [inaudible] plaque for 5 years and a pin.
And so I quit at Walmart to work with my dad.
I take presentations.
I went to Columbus, Ohio and talked
to people with disabilities.
I go out of town, to do so, for people with all kinds
of disabilities, to do have a real job.
Not in the workshop, a real job out in the community.
People of my kind, every kind of disabilities can work.
Like what I said, you can do it, you can do it, you can do it.
People think we can't.
Well you know that's not right.
I mean that is not a word we see.
I plan to go on and say, hey we may have a disability
but we're not broken we can go out and have real jobs.
