Well the good thing about FINRA arbitration and the technology today, most things are
handled electronically. We submit the claim through the website. Documents are transmitted
through the website. The initial conferences with the arbitration panels are handled telephonically.
So, 80% of the whole entire process is handled through the phone or through the web. If there
is a final hearing in the case, meaning if the case doesn't settle prior to the final
meeting, that is handled at a hearing location close to where the investor lives. So we do
travel, ultimately, to the hearing location for the final hearing. But statistically,
and these are all on FINRA's website, about 80 to 90% of cases that are pursed through
the FINRA arbitration process settle prior to the final hearing.
