HOMEMADE PROCESSED CHEESE
Today I'll make homemade processed cheese.
I found this recipe on the internet and decided to try to cook.
Today I will prepare it for the first time!
Put 500 g fat quark in a saucepan.
Add 1 egg,
1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
1 teaspoon salt,
100g melted butter.
Take a mixer with multi-function blade.
On first speed mix all.
Lead up to the smooth on the second speed, not to leave lumps.
Remove the prepared paste into a bowl.
The water boil in a saucepan. Remove the lid from it.
Put the bowl on the top and cook on a water bath.
We stir the paste constantly until thickness and ductility.
It took 5 minutes. Cheese has become a sticky viscous paste.

I lubricated plate with butter. Pour cooked processed cheese in it.
