Motor protection doesn't have to be a mystery
with the SineWave Guardian. This best in class filter
delivers unequal performance in filtering the PWM waveforms
generated by the VFDs.
Induction motors are designed to run
on a sine wave. However, inverting power supplies generate high frequency components
on a sine wave. However, inverting power supplies generate high frequency components
resulting in high voltage pulses with extremely fast rise times.
Each rectangular pulse begins with a spike
that can rise to twice the DC bus voltage. These transient voltage spikes
