It's incredibly important. We employ some forty five engineers of varying
levels, possibly twenty or so with full degrees, and our existence depends on having a source
of, if you like, graduates, or people with skills, certain skills, to enable us, if you
like, to continue manufacturing in this country. Without them, we don't have a future. We exist
manufacturing electronic equipment in England because we are able to innovate and be creative,
and the only way we can do that is if we have the necessary skills and i.e. the graduates,
or the necessary people with the skills to innovate and create the technology that we
require.
