What are you making? Chamadumpa Pakodi (Taro Root Fritters)
Ingredients required to make Chamadumpa Pakodi
Taro Roots, Rice Flour, Green Chillies, Onions, Cumin, Turmeric, Salt, Oil
Take a pan and heat enough oil for deep frying
Boil the taro roots, peel off the skin and mash them up
Add 1 cup of rice flour to the cup of mashed taro roots
Add salt as required and a pinch of turmeric
Add finely chopped green chillies
Slice the onions finely into thin slices and add them into the bowl
Add some cumin
Mix well
Add some water to make a batter
Start frying little morsel sized batter in the oil (Just like frying regular Pakodi)
Once they're fried to a crisp golden brown take them into a serving bowl
