Okay, in pose eighteen, I want to refer back to seventeen and get you in position. It's
called the dig. I want you to take your left toe, pull it into the right shoe and you've
got your shoes touching so to speak. Your feet are side by side. Then your hands are
up to your hip and this is the difference in pose seventeen and eighteen. Along with
the twist that's in the waist instead of having a profile view, I really want you to twist
into the camera. So that now you're seeing a very small waistline. Bringing the fingers
up into the hips, it creates an illusion with any body shape, because then you're broad
to narrow. And now that you bring the hands up, you're even broader, because you've got
the elbows elongating out to create that illusion of broadness in your shoulder, even if you
don't have broad shoulders. I have relatively narrow shoulders and by bringing the elbows
up, it creates a nice illusion. Keep the dig in the legs. The knees are pointed out to
the side. And now you are exposed to pose eighteen.
