Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer from behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to
make tye egg rolls. So we gone ahead and just let them sit for a few minutes to let them
finish firming up. You'll see that they turned a great golden brown color but you can still
see the green of cilantro and a little bit of the yellowish tint that the corn gave it.
To serve it you're going to drizzle it with a little bit of our peanut sauce. Again, I
used a spicy tye peanut sauce. You can go to your grocery and see what you have you
can also serve it with a plum sauce, so just drizzle that over the top. We'll also serve
some on the side for dipping. So see it's really easy to make tye egg rolls. They are
a great appitizer to serve at a party and a lot more simple than most people expect.
Thank you for watching! I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village.
