What I think is most valuable about the library is the readiness of the employees.
They're always ready to help you. It's like... it's amazing,
because at my old school that didn't happen.
I don't have a computer at home, so there's laptops here.
The librarians are probably the best resource and they know everything from, you know,
how to write papers, how to do research.... They have helped me with everything.
Coming here right after class and getting my homework done helps me
to be able to spend the rest of my day with my kids.
I mean, if I had to pick up my kids right after class, and then try to do my
homework at home, I would be distracted, by, you know, my four-year-old and my one-year-old.
I like the study rooms. They're quiet.
If you have a question, you know there's somebody here to answer it.
The one-stop for any study needs. You get laptops, computers,
there's free Wi-Fi; there's a coffee shop; there's snacks...
Pretty much anything and everything you think of for studying is filled within these walls.
The Library of Things is amazing!
And the resources here have been extremely good for me.
I've used things like the library's computers, and the GoPros, microscopes...
There's a lot here that I've been able to take advantage of that's just
helped me get through my program a lot easier.
The online resources are very legitimate.
You don't have to worry about where the sources are coming from.
When you're working on essays, you get 24/7 with the librarian.
I think we would have had a larger class if they would have known
how they could access that help from the reference station here.
Ask for help. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Nobody's gonna think you're stupid.
There was a lot of times where I was timid about asking for help,
but I always received help, and they're always very thorough help too.
My advice is to use this resource,
and that would be very helpful for all the new students.
Use any resource here that you have that's free because that's what it's there for.
Save your money. There's so many other things you'd rather buy.
Don't be scared of it. There's a lot of resources, and the librarians are very helpful.
I would tell them don't be scared of the library. It's a friendly place.
I actually work at the library, so it's pretty, pretty helpful.
I would say that if you feel like you're falling behind, or you're having trouble in your subjects,
that this is one of the best places that you can get help.
You come and talk to librarians, and they can get you pointed in the right direction.
Oh, take advantage of it! It's a great resource.
