welcome to my healing world, my name is moneca.ca, i am here to offer you healthy healing tips
that you can do easily. to day we are going to talk about knees. today this week, we are
going to talk about knees, the cold weather has brought some attacks at the knee, one
guy stood up and *** he ended up at the hospital getting a knee operation. so i thought i would
give you some help full tips and strategies about how to set up the knees for success.
the first thing we are going to do is put some lemons into your diet. that is going
to help the liver and according to chinese medicine, the liver and the knees are connected
and when you drink lemon juice, it puts a press into the circulation system so the whole
body circulates and the knees gets juicy. so put the lemon into the diet.
the next thing i want to talk about is the placement of the feet, you want to keep it
a square. you want to keep the heels out not in. you want the knees from splaying out and
bring them back to the midline. you want to have the knees in a neutral position. right
in the center of the knee, in everything that you do. when you are washing the dishes, driving
the car, standing around, running. really focus in the inside line of the leg, the muscle
system.
the third thing i want to talk about is using collagen. collagen is really good for hip
joints, knee joints any joints you got. try it out. i would recommend Jusuru, liquid biocell
collagen. they were given the rights by health canada that it reduces osteoarthritis of the
hip and knee joints.
