Hello everyone. We're at my place. In my office.
My office and living room.
This is where I'm at, when I'm not doing workshops,
when I'm not practicing, like last night or this weekend...
...for the upcoming Mastery Workshop.
This is where I write my articles, answer to the comments,
where I publish my Youtube videos.
The following hidden camera... A daytime encounter.
It's pretty short. A pretty fast number close. I stop a girl walking down the street.
I already did a video where I explain how to stop a girl walking by.
So, that's it... A number close in the Saint-Michel neighborhood.
And while I'm at it, I'd like to talk about a comment made by...
Actually a few of you have made the same remark:
"Yes, but, Nicolas... Girls are more receptive during the night than during the day. "
I completely disagree with that. In fact, my videos prove it quite well.
Girls are not "on/off". By that, I mean... They are not like...
- "No, it's daytime, I'm closed off. Ok, it's nighttime, I'm open to meeting someone. "
When a girl goes out, she's going to get approached a few times.
If she's pretty, she might get approached 20 times over a 5 hour span.
So it's going to feel kind of repetitive. It's going to be the same kind of approaches...
There's this kind of competition going on with the rest of the guys...
What I like to do is... approach girls precisely when they least expect it.
And because it is unexpected, it gives importance and beauty to the encounter.
Hey.
- I saw you walking past... - Yes.
- And... I wanted to come talk to you. - Yes.
- Because I think you're adorable. - That's very kind of you.
- My name is Nicolas. - Nice to meet you.
- Now you're uncomfortable, you don't know what to say. - Yes. This doesn't happen to me very often.
- What's your name? - XXXX.
- This doesn't happen to you? - I thought you were going to say, like: "Yeah, umm.. "
- "Would you like to make a donation to Unicef?" - No, yes... Well, I don't know.
If you want to make a donation, I'm ok with it... Just kidding.
But, umm... yeah, no. So, XXXX?
See? You're throwing me off. I don't know what to say either.
- Are you a student? - No, I'm not. Do I look like a student?
- I don't know... - Half-student, half...
- I'm dressed like a student because it's my day off. - Ok.
On my days off I dress like a student. When I do get dressed.
And what do you do?
- Well, I work. - I mean... Where do you work?
I work for a company that builds websites.
I'm a programmer but umm... Yes, programmer... that sounds good.
I don't repair printers...
- So you're a student then? - Yes.
- What do you study? - XXXX
Never heard of it. Never heard of it.
Ok, so what were you up to?
I was on my way to collect some money... from my former job.
"I am a dealer. I'm on my way to collect some money...
...This guy owes me. I'm about to break his knees. "
- No, I used to work right there. At XXXX... Maybe you've heard of it?
- No, what is it? A restaurant? - A restaurant, wine bar...
- And what were you doing there? Waitress? - Yes, I didn't go out on vacations.
- I worked there all summer. - Oh, ***.
- That's why you have no tan? - Yes.
- Oh so you're tanned? Really? - Hey...
I was tanned a few days ago.
I was in Montréal in September. Weather was great.
- Oh, Montréal is awesome. - You've already been there?
- Yes. - Cool. I loved it.
- Yes, it's great.
That's what missing in Paris... People over there are more relaxed.
A bit like in the United States. "Easy-going".
Yes, I don't know. People are much more friendly in Montréal than in Paris, that's for sure.
But at least you are friendly. Well, I'm friendly too, so...
- Yes, you talk to people in the street. - I don't do that everyday.
Ok, let's grab a bite at XXXX.
I don't know if you watch it... I just stumbled upon it.
Frédéric Taddeï. Tuesday evening.
- And I think... - I don't really watch TV.
Good.
I was watching an online stream. I don't have a TV.
- I like watching movies, but not that. - "Yeah... I don't watch TV... "
- Just kidding. I don't have a TV either. - There you go.
Ok, XXXX. You know what? I'm going to take your number...
...and when we have more time, we'll go grab a cup of coffee.
- Yes, sure, if you want to. - Sounds good?
- Ok well.. take my number and... - Yes, easy. I'm on it. Calm down.
Wait. Here. you handle it.
- There. Ok, see you soon. Bye. - Cool. See you, XXXX.
