Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I'm going to show you how to make chicken Francaise. Cost of the chicken; I went to
the butcher I got 2 chicken breast they cost me 12 dollars. 12 dollars in cost. All the
other stuff I bought a bottle of wine that was $8 dollars so we are up to 20. Then all
the other stuff I would say about $5 so about $25 your cooking a meal for 6-8 people very
easily. Don't forget that you want to incorporate some of the other things like maybe some potatoes
or some you know asparagus or even some zucchini. Whatever you might use that is fine. Realize
that would add to the price of your meal. I try to make meals that are really cheap.
I mean these are my grandmothers meals, my great grandmother too and they always knew
how to stretch a buck back then. Even now, even more now I think you need to know how
to stretch a buck. One of the ways to always cooking your meals yourself for yourself.
You know what you have when you cook for yourself, you know if it is fresh, you know it is good
and you don't have to worry you are going to save a lot more and you can decide how
health causations you want to be as well. A lot of these meals they are not the most
health causations so you substitute things like you using whatever it may be to be healthy
less salt or whatever. But that is up to you, have fun in your kitchen, I know I love being
a part of your everyday here on Expert Village and from my to yours, this is Richard Buccola
of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, thank you for watching.
