Hi, I'm Brigitte and this is
Slope Style with skis.com. I'm here with Alex from The North
Face and Alex is here to talk about the women's
Boundary Triclimate Jacket and this jacket isn't new
to the line but this year it's a new style. Can you tell me the features
and what's going with this jacket? Yeah, Brigitte we updated just the design lines on this
piece. We try to keep it really true to the history of this one. It's a great jacket
that kind of marries lifestyle, casual look with
some functionality and technical items, so just updated the design.
So, as far as a ski jacket though, this is a good ski jacket? Yeah, it's a
great starter ski jacket. It is a waterproof, breathable
2 layer HyVent shell. It has a silken rochelle fleece liner that's very similar
to our Osito Jacket. And because it's a triclimate, it features our
zip-in, zip-out capabilities so you can zip a fleece or a
insulated piece inside this shell. Okay. Does it have a lot of pockets?
Loaded with pockets. It's got pockets all over the place. It's got venting with pit
zips. The hood comes off if you're not into hoods. About the only thing that it's missing
if it's really a true ski jacket is the powder skirt. Awesome. Well, I can
see why a lot of people like the jacket because of the streets to
slopes and also the 3-in-1. That's just a great
attribute to have in a jacket. So, that's the Boundary Triclimate
and, Alex, thank you. This is Slope Style.
