Well hello there you learning learners and welcome to part 1 of the 8 memorization techniques
on how to increase memory power. And here we go with technique number one. Which is
to write down everything you need to remember in a so called what I need to remember list.
Now you'll see what you need to remember which will create a good overview. Now let's move
on to the second technique. The second technique is to read the list you have just created
at technique number 1 just before you go to sleep. Now you'll see this list quite often.
Which lets you memorize it much faster. You can also choose to read the list when you
wake up. But if you quickly want to remember something I recommend that you read the list
when you go to sleep and when you wake up. Did you know that you remember what you see?
Well if you do than it's no surprise that the third technique is to think in images
as much as possible. So try to create an image of what it is you need to remember. Now you'll
take a good look at the images you've just created at technique number three. If you
notice that some if the images are related to each other. Well you'll simply connect
them with each other. Now you'll see the relation between the images which is very powerful
if you want to remember something. So learning learners what have we learned today? First
we have learned to write everything down we need to remember in a so called what I need
to remember list. Secondly we have learned to read this list just before we go to sleep.
Then we have learned to create an image of what it is we need to remember. Finally we
have learned to connect the related images with each other. And that's it for part 1
I hope it was useful and I will see you next time.
