Put the kantaifi in a baking pan and pull it until it becomes fluffy
Pour over it the melted butter and bake it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
For the syrup put all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil them for 1 minute
When the kantaifi is out of the oven pour the warn syrup over it
For the cream we start by combining the corn flour with some of the milk
Put the rest of the milk in a pot and warm it up. Add the sugar and the vanilla
When it comes to a boil, add the corn flour and stir quickly until the cream thickens
Pour the cream over the kantaifi and let it cool in the fridge for 1 hour
Whip the heavy cream with the sugar and decorate
Sprinkle with some crushed roasted almonds and if you like, add strawberries on top
