Today on our 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe, we'll be test fitting the Yakima Holdup 2-Bike Rack
for 2 inch hitches, part number Y02443. To begin our test fit, we'll slide the shank
of the bike rack into the receiver tube of the hitch. Line up the pin hole, and thread
in our anti-rattle bolt, tightening it with a wrench and installing the lock on the other
side. Now, we'll go over a few clearance measurements. We have about 21 inches of ground
clearance. The closest point of the bike rack to the rear of our vehicle is about 6 inches,
and we've added about 13 inches to the overall length of our Tahoe. We'll pull
the pin with the red *** at the base of our bike rack and allow our bike rack to unfold.
With it in this position, we have full access to
our
rear
hatch door.
