That's why even seeing a video of your golf swing is ineffectual; it's a logic state for
a lot of people and that’s because it’s still an extrinsic experience. You're looking
at yourself but you're not experiencing the emotion as you do it. The movie you need to
be playing is the one that's playing inside at the time, paying attention. I think it
could be used more effectively. I know it was very dangerous to me because like many
people when I looked at my golf swing, I didn’t like what I saw. I didn’t actually the matter
that I produced something that was quite good. It still didn’t sit comfortably with me
and I don’t know many people who look at the golf swings and think, “Yeah, that's
great, I really like that.” It's a bit like listening to your voice, isn’t it?
