You've just been involved in a very serious accident here in Ohio. Should you take photograph
of the accident and the injuries? Is that a good or bad idea? Hi. My name is Kevin Lenson.
I'm an attorney practicing here in the state of Ohio. Let me tell you what happened to
one of my clients and why it's a good idea to take accident photographs of injuries and
at the scene of the accident. I was involved in helping a person who was seriously injured
in a motor vehicle accident and they were smart enough at the scene of the accident
to take photographs of the accident scene and of their injuries. This really helps me
prosecute the case. When we're in front of jury, it's very important that the jurors
see things. Jurors like to focus on things. They don't just like to hear about them. So
it's very important to take photographs of the accident scene and of your injuries because
when we show pictures to the jury they get to see what really happened to you. We tried
a case recently where the jury returned a very favorable verdict. After the verdict
was read and I spoke to the jurors, a few of the jurors said the reason why we came
back with such a great verdict was due in part that your client took photographs of
the scene of the accident and of their injuries. That's why the verdict was so high. If you've
been involved in a serious accident and you've been injured, here's what I want you to do.

appreciate you watching this video. Have a great day!
