First let's get all of our supplies together for transferring our photocopy. You're going
to need, actually, a lot of things to do this, more than you'd think, but also a couple of
these things are going to be so we can also have the option doing some neat special effects
for our photocopy today. First, we're going to need to have some media. What this is basically,
imagine it as kind of a similar glue like properties, mostly liquid, but we're basically
going to use this to sort of attach, adhere, our photocopy to the object we're transferring
it onto. Next, we're going to have a sponge, then we're going to have a brush. Actually,
I recommend having a couple of brushes on hand including, and also considering, foam
brushes. Of course we need to have a photocopy, something we're going to transfer from the
paper, onto another surface. You're also going to need some water, also a good pair of sharp
clean scissors, will be good for cutting out our photocopy. Acrylic paints, don't use oils
paints. Acrylic paint's fast drying, yet still brilliant in color, not as faded as water
colors. Acrylic paints are really cool for adding on color effects, after you've transferred
your photocopy. We're also going to have paper towels on hand for whenever we're actually
doing the process when things can get a little bit wet. Other options include having razor
blades, to then later gouge your surface, for additional effects.
