Hello and welcome to Archana's Rasoi (Kitchen)!
Due to popular demand, today I will teach you Prawns in Garlic Sauce.
Stay tuned to Archana's Rasoi!
Let's take a look at the ingredients we will need.
1 bowl of jumbo prawns
Spring garlic shoots chopped.
Capsicum sliced.
1 tbsp seasoning cubes.
1 tbsp ginger garlic green chillies crushed
1 tbsp chilli sauce.
1 bowl of spring garlic chopped.
1 tbsp soya sauce.
Ajinomoto to taste, around 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
And 2-3 spoons of oil.
Now let's begin!
As usual, we will first heat up the oil.
We usually use a lot of oil in Chinese cuisine.
After the oil heats up, we will add the ginger garlic green chillies crush.
We have here spring onions but in case they aren't available in the market you can chop normal garlic and put in the recipe.
Looks like the oil is heated up.
Now we'll add the ginger garlic gree chilly crush.
To this we will add the capsicum. It should get soft as you cook it.
After this, we will add the chopped spring onion.
We will put salt to taste now.
And some Ajinomoto around 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Then we add the chilli sauce.
Soya sauce.
We also have seasoning cubes here.
Now we will mix all of this properly.
There are two ways to make prawns in garlic.
You can either marinate the prawns with soya sauce, chilli sauce, ginger garlic and green chillies crush
Then take 1/4 cup maida flour and 1/4 cup corn flour, add some salt and make a paste out of it.
Now you can dip the marinated prawns and fry them. You can now add these prawns to the recipe.
But some people don't like it that's why I am showing you this easy way of doing it.
We are now adding the green shoots of the spring onions.
After adding this, we will put our main ingredient; the prawns.
Let's mix this and make sure the prawns get cooked.
It will take about 5-7 minutes for it to cook.
Our dish is now ready in about 5-7 minutes. So let's turn off the gas.
Before we take it off the gas, let's add some of the green spring garlic shoots we have leftover.
It's time to serve it in a dish.
Steaming hot prawns in garlic sauce are ready!
You can eat this dish by itself or with a fried rice.
