We may have some clarity on why Justin Bieber abruptly announced that he was "done taking pictures" with fans on Tuesday.
The Instagram announcement came with an emotional statement from the singer, who wrote, "It has gotten to the point that people won't even recognize me as a human,
I feel like a zoo animal, and I wanna be able to keep my sanity... I realize people will be disappointed
but I don't owe anybody a picture. and people who say 'but I bought ur album' know that you got my album and you got
what you paid for AN ALBUM! It doesn't say in fine print whenever you see me you also get a photo."
Turns out that may have been an almost-direct quote, according to a spokesperson for the Lucky Strike bowling alley in Boston,
who told Billboard that the post came shortly after Bieber visited the establishment before his Tuesday night show
at TD Bank Garden. Bieber reportedly dropped in around 4:30 p.m. with a bodyguard and was escorted to a private area,
where he and his team were "pleasant and gracious, making small talk about his concerts
and how Justin had filmed his first video at a Lucky Strike venue in Los Angeles."

Toward the end of their final game, a family who were also at the venue "began trying to get to Justin,
acting like they were looking for the bathroom and eventually confronting him and demanding photos,
implying they were owed a photo because they had bought Justin's albums."
Before that encounter, the spokesperson said that, by all accounts, Bieber was a "great" guest who was just looking for some peaceful downtime,
relaxed enough to sign a bowling pin before he left. "Justin was kind, politely making small talk with the staff.
It was immediately clear though, that he just wanted to be a normal person and be able to play pool with his guest so we respected their privacy,"
a Lucky Strike manager said in a statement. "We want every guest to feel comfortable when they enter Lucky Strike and wholeheartedly feel
that Justin should of had his privacy respected and not harassed by someone who was disrespectful."
In March Bieber canceled all his future fan meet-and-greets, saying they left him "drained and unhappy" from other people’s "spiritual energy."
