RENTAL HOUSING, WHETHER SOME OF THE RENTAL HOUSING NEEDS SOME REHABILITATION WORK, WHETHER
IT'S HOMEOWNERSHIP, SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED OR ATTACHED.
SO WHAT WE TRY TO DO AT THE AGENCY IS MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE AWARE OF THE NEEDS IN THE
COMMUNITY AND WORK WITH PARTNERS LIKE HOMES4NC, HOME BUILDERS, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, HOUSING
COUNSELING ORGANIZATIONS IN EACH COMMUNITY TO ENSURE THAT WE MEET THE NEEDS IN THAT AREA,
SPECIFICALLY AT THE AGENCY, FINANCING, AND THE ABILITY TO HELP PEOPLE WITH THAT PAYMENT.
FORTUNATELY WE ARE OVERSEEN BY 13 BOARD MEMBER AND SAM EWELL IS OUR CHAIRMAN.
