Tomorrow, Labour MP Louisa Wall's gay marriage bill
will have its first reading.
The bill has the support of Labour leader David Shearer
and Prime Minister, John Key.
But the rest of Parliament is divided.
In the corridors of Parliament,
the topic on everyone's lips was the gay marriage bill.
It seems the PM is softening to that line.
Labour MP Louisa Wall
is the sponsor ot this private bill seeking equal rights for all.
Despite the ups and downs...
There are concerns for priests carrying out gay marriage.
What do the leaders think?
There was support from all sides.
I agree that the bill should be
taken to select committee for consideration.
