that that's really it is but it but it struck me as
and something i was worth commenting on
patli now
abercrombie fitch
from b and fetch and fitch
sis clothing line that i have never has been around for a long time
and
i've never i've never been one who really is into logo's and stuff like
that but the whole thing is brain around the name for some reason
and in his clothes that i'd noticed
generally are warned by
very like prepping crappy but also i mistyped jockey and
whatever
and apparently
the c_e_o_
of the abercrombie fitch again a mic jeffries
was interviewed yet
and was asking about um... art was asked like what the retail strategies that we
all agreed to build to the cool kids
we don't watch fat people wear ear we don't want this
apparently abercrombie fitch they don't even
when they have uh... uh...
you know uh... seconds or whatever it is stuff that's ripped
they refuse to donate their clothes
q like good weller stuff like that though bernie because they don't want
less than cool people
wearing the clothes yet
so that's pretty obnoxious
and uh... the guy definitely deserves to be taking down a peg
so this allied rider dining greg carr brighter anything about it but
he made a video
which has gotten i think i don't know
two million nsi checklist for millions four-million ***
where any setting out to destroy the abercrombie fitch and fitch uh... brand
so far so good in my mind
but the whole idea is that he's going to buy a bunch of these clothes he finds
the mused
in different places
sold to consignment shops or what not
and then he goes around
and hence it
to homeless people
we have a click on a plane clip of this i don't play the whole thing
uh... algata clint black blockages aids
and
the guys being sort of how old it is being this is being sort of a
fascinating attacking corporate power
and i just want to weigh in on this would have seen so many analysis of this
is a guy getting trumpeted
and no one seems to notice that this is incredibly direct degrading
to the homeless people that he's using as a prop
to destroy this break
i mean i like the fact that he's gone around giving to have people close but
but doesn't seem to be part of his agenda is sort of just throwing him out
them
and laughing at the notion that these guys would wear it and then somehow
hurt the abercrombie fitch brent
i can't quite put my finger on it and if so then we heard about the whole
i mean where
this is really not an attack on
corporate power in any way it's not really an attack
it's really just sort of
a marketing
general ah...
it's a sort of a uh... a war between
marketing abilities
and just as this abercrombie fitch guy is
obnoxious because he only wants its cool kids
to wear uh... abercrombie fitch
this other guy who made this video
is equally obnoxious because he's not even looking at the humanity of these
people that he's
throwing these clothes that are giving it to whatever does matter
he's using them as a as a prop
as a way of
supposedly destroying this bryant
i mean just using homeless people to begin with his unbelievably disgusting
but then on top of that
the point of the campaign that he's calling fixed the homeless is to
destroyer brand
now if you destroy a brand by giving a homeless people their clothing you're
trying to perpetuate the notion that homeless people are ducky sullivan off
that i mean that's certainly not as agenda and they do that anant and
it just seems to be
incredibly heartless
as heartless
as this guy saying we only want the cool kids to wear our shirts i mean because
all really amid at the end of the day
do the non cool kids really say like all adoring
i feel bad about myself now because this guy
and uh... i don't know who perceive themselves not cool kids but i'm sure a
lot of my didn't perceive myself uh...
but you know what non kal kids go
i don't know where that crap anyways here for losers
but then to go around
seems to me i mean i don't know how many homeless people are watching uh...
there's the uh... people really watch you know you do but it
he just get a great stockholders in some way is like
this is just
these people are garbage disposal
and so i'm just gonna give them this year it is a way of thinking i just find
it
i don't know hi i a m there's a real
to me this perpetuates
something that's far worse the the the d
refusal to perceive the humanity of these people who are
for whatever reason
uh...
living on the streets
i don't know i'd just haven't seen enough criticism of this in a disorder
fell again away and the out
