Hi, I'm Dr. Kane and author of the book "How to Become a Professional Bachelor." I've also
written a book called "How to Avoid a Professional Bachelor" for the ladies. I teach men and
women how to get their dates of their dreams by just following a few simple rules. I've
been featured on national television, I'm also a board certified physician as well as
hold a master's in physiology. Relationships are my specialty. You've got a problem? You've
got any situation, you come to me and I will take care of it. Anyway, let's get on to our
next topic. It's called Keep your Assets. Don't lose at the dating game. One of the
most important things that one must remember is that they have their own assets which is
not only financial but also emotional assets which includes not only cars and houses and
children and things of that nature, but also their emotional well-being. When you break
up with someone, it doesn't mean you have to break everything off. You need to simply
break off that relationship with that person, not break off any other emotional ties to
any of your assets or any of your financial needs. And every professional bachelor or
bachelorette needs to be smart. They need to know how to protect their assets. And I'm
here to tell you some of the basics because people have really lost their hide without
following a few simple rules. By following these few simple rules, you can keep your
assets, have your cake and eat it too. It is that easy and it is true. So just follow
the guidelines and enjoy life.
