And we're here today at the Tamarac Whole Foods market to explore the fruit and vegetables section
of the comprehensive food list.
no other food group creates as many challenges for clients
who report having the least experience in how to prepare
fruits and vegetables, easily,
quickly, and deliciously.
i'd like to remove that barrier today so that you can get more variety in your
diet
if you want to lose weight fast it's imperative
the you incorporate a variety of
fruits and vegetables into your slimgenics program.
fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants for maintaining DNA
promoting anti aging
they contain fiber and resistance starch which promotes got health
and detox
and also reduces inflammation. That
all helps reduce the number of fat cells that you have.
The nutrients in
fruits and vegetables balance your weight related hormones and they're
thermogenic.
They literally melt fat
off your body
it's that simple if you want to lose weight fast you need to eat a variety
of fruits and vegetables.
Here's what i mean about variety in practical terms
there are
thousands of
plant nutrients and those nutrients give the quality of color,
texture, flavor, and
fragrance to plants.

we could take the good old cauliflower
many of our clients say

cheese sauce with the cauliflower
but if you look in the online

there's actually a recipe for popcorn cauliflower which is a fantastic
popcorn substitute
on movie night. You just
trim the cauliflower florets,
lay them out on a cookie sheet,
sprinkle a little bit of garlic powder, pepper
morton's lite salts or any other seasonings you like and bake it up
it's delicious.
Another thing that you can do with cauliflower
is to steam it
and then either mash it, or put it in a food processor with some
non-fat
greek yogurt
garlic powder
chives
little bit of seasons that you like, and it creates
an amazing mashed potato you should try it it's
delicious. So I encourage you

try the cookbook,
however it is or whatever the resources that you find that work for you
trying a new fruit and vegetable each week
or even coming back to your old standbys in doing something different
