and they're using sub-servicers and Realtors to reach out to you
to try to help you find the best way to find a solution to your current problem.
Not making payments, if it's something you can fix, maybe a modification's a solution.
But if you can't get that back on track, you probably want to look at doing a short sale
just so you can avoid foreclosure
because the letters and phone calls will continue otherwise.
