On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dina Cutrone of Tall Order in NYC and today we're
making hummus pizza. I usually decide whether if I want to do rounds or on a bias which
is just at an angle for this purpose. I think I'm just going to use round about a 1/4" thick.
And I'm just going to cut them you can see how pretty the green looks, it will be a nice
topping for our pizza. So you just have to be careful of your fingers when you get down
to the end so you just try to be consistent as possible with the sizing. So here you go
and then the last one I just usually hold it like that, cut it through so you're not
going to get your fingers on that so there are our green. Start on our yellow like I
said about a 1/4" is good they will go nice and fast in the grill it won't take you too
long cause if you go any thicker than that you can be standing there waiting for them
to get soft. This is suppose to be a quick and easy recipe so.
