Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to
show you how to make sweet bruschetta. We have our hazelnut spread on all of our bread
so now let's add some of the bananas and the nut topping. We're just going to add the bananas
slices on our chocolate and what you want to do though before you put your nut spread
on or nut mixtures, you have to spread these with a little bit of the butter, melted butter.
So let's just get all of our top first so we loaded these up with bananas slices it's
great. I took my butter off the stove we're just going to brush some butter over the bananas.
We're just going to take our butter and just slightly put some on all of the bananas this
will help with the glazing and the browning of the bananas. One of them, we didn't put
banana. Just in case someone doesn't like bananas so just do all of them with a nice
coating of butter and we'll be done. Also with a quick trick if your brown sugar is
hard, you can also just put that right in your Cuisinart and what we're going to do
is just sprinkle a lot of this on each one of these. Man, this is going to be nice.
