My name is D.J. so I'm
actually the third-generation
for the Koh Guan Chua Workshop so, since my grandfather. So it's actually named after my grandfather.
The shop was here since
1963. So it's been like 40 over years. Basically we're specialised in car body works. Basically on spray
painting. And also on ?
and also on ?.
Coating is needed for a minor one like this
four wheel drive, you'll be able to tell because it's just a surface scratch.
So basically we have to sand
over this part.
This is to flatten over the scratches. After that,
we will use the ?,
the yellow one you'll see,
to cover up
all the scratches and the holes.
Same goes to here. Then after that we will
sand over again.
Then to even out the whole panel. Then after that, we will
spray ceramic coating
to cover up all the minor holes.
So after that we will ? again,
that will be the second layer of ?.
Then after that we will sand back again so
from there, we should more or less be 100 percent done for the smoothen area. After that we will,
spray a final coating.
Then, before we cover up all the whole panel,
put it in the chamber and
spray paint with lacquer. So after everything,
we will do a final polishing and a car wash.
