No. I don't think there were any surprises. I just think it was
just the fact that it was delivered, it was the first one
that I've done that's been totally delivered by Americans.
The other courses I've been to have been Australians and
Americans. So, it was just a different viewpoint where it's
all American based and try to understand how Australians think
and work through those skepticism issues, which is
good, yeah. Very knowledgeable, I think it's a younger set these
days. They seem to have a lot more knowledge than we older
folks when we were in real estate. And amazed is probably
the best word for me, the knowledge and the experience
that they've got at such a young age. Oh, I learned lots.
Probably the most important thing I learned was about having
your own power group and it gives you a lot of security and
peace of mind, being able to develop that group so that you
can purchase while you're in the states but still living in
Australia. One thing that I really appreciated from the
trainers themselves is they are not just selling information.
They are just not presenting information. But they provide
almost like an outline of the program - what to do, how to do
it, and I really appreciate the coaching session. Because it
clarifies which option I should take. It's just been so eye
opening. The whole US market. And I've heard stories and what
not, but this has made it concrete so that there are
properties and they are available to
international buyers.
