Hi I’m Julio Anta, Anta Fitness in self defense in Miami, Florida and my website is
www.miamikettlebell.com and today I am going to show you the most basic Indian club move
with some light Indian clubs and you can actually use heavier ones when you get a little better
at it. This is all ballistic and you will see the correct gripping, three fingers on
the stem, one on the nub. I’m going to use my legs and shoulders. There is no strength
involved. It is all ballistic and as you can see I am just swinging back going behind my
head and swinging. So the move looks like this sidewards. You can see my back is in
a sea girt, my butt is pointed out. I don’t stop. Great for therapy and great if you have
an injury in your shoulder. These are awesome moves to work. Now as you can see I wasn’t
fighting it and I wasn’t going like this, like regular weight training. I’m using
my legs for the momentum and for the inertia to just go back and swing back down and in
this move I am using my shoulders, my legs, my lower back, my abs altogether in one move
for circular training.
